Details of your enquiry or message
Listing details you submit — property type, price, location, description, photos, videos and documents

Why we collect it

To respond to your property enquiries and connect you with the right listing or team member
To publish approved property listings on 369prop.com
To contact you about your submitted listing (for approval, edits or verification)

Where it is stored

Enquiry and listing data is stored in MongoDB Atlas. Photos, videos and documents you upload are stored with Cloudinary. Both are reputable cloud infrastructure providers used only to run 369prop.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

As an authorised channel partner, we may share your enquiry details with the concerned developer solely to register your enquiry and process your site visit. This is not a sale of data.

Correcting or deleting your data

To review, correct or delete any personal data or listing you've submitted, message us on WhatsApp or email us at support@369prop.com, and we will act on your request.
